Café Orgánico Marcala (COMSA) was founded in 2001 with a vision of creating new and alternative development opportunities for small-scale coffee farmers in the region of Marcala, Honduras. The coffees are grown at altitudes from 1200 to 1750 MASL.

Cupping Notes:

• Dry Grounds: Chocolate, floral, baking spice.
• Wet Grounds: Cocoa, floral, spice, and dried fruit.
• In the Cup: Rustic tones with hints of mint, spice, and cocoa.
• Mouthfeel: Bold, full, and round.
• Finish: Lingering, syrupy.
• Varietal: Lempira, lhcafé 90, Parainema, Catuai, Catimor.
