Processed at the privately run processing site Dogo Sudo. The lot was collected from farmers in a growing region called Gerba Loya that has a growing range between 2250 and 2350 MASL.
Cupping Notes:
Dry Grounds: Fresh berry, pastry, citrus zest
Wet Grounds: Citrus, clove, tropical fruit
In the Cup: Tropical fruit, citrus zest, black tea, spice
Mouthfeel: Silky smooth, soft, and round.
Finish: Soft, moderately lingering, sweet, and spice
