Desperado: This organically grown blend of Central American coffees is roasted moderately dark for a rich full-bodied coffee-drinking experience. Look for flavors of dark chocolate, caramel, and roasted nuts.

SUMATRA: Light French roast showing aromas of dark chocolate and a mild smokiness. Earthy with very mild acidity and gentle tannic characters that linger long and pleasantly on the palate.

Peru (Organically Grown): This freshly roasted, organically grown coffee comes from a cooperative in the highlands of Peru. The dark roast of this coffee emphasizes the deep, rich roast characters of dark chocolate and roasted nuts. The gentle acidity gives the coffee in your cup a bold and satisfying character.
