Coffee of the Month Club
Each month our Coffee Club members receive a special coffee that exemplifies the coffee's origin and our roast style. This is an excellent way to sample a diverse selection of the world's finest coffees without breaking the bank — and lock in your price (which includes shipping).
Options include 3- 6- and 12-Month Programs. As well, you can choose to receive up to three 1-lb bags of whole beans per month — a different roast delivered each month. Choose your preferred program below.

May: Honduras Marcala (COMSA)
Café Orgánico Marcala (COMSA) was founded in 2001 with a vision of creating new and alternative development opportunities for small-scale coffee farmers in the region of Marcala, Honduras. The coffees are grown at altitudes from 1200 to 1750 MASL.
Cupping Notes:
- Dry Grounds: Chocolate, floral, baking spice.
- Wet Grounds: Cocoa, floral, spice, and dried fruit.
- In the Cup: Rustic tones with hints of mint, spice, and cocoa.
- Mouthfeel: Bold, full, and round.
- Finish: Lingering, syrupy.
- Varietal: Lempira, lhcafé 90, Parainema, Catuai, Catimor.
